To request the deletion of your account and associated data, please send an email to contact@cloudvya.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include the email address registered with your UseBike account in the body of the email to help us verify your identity and process your request promptly.

Data Deletion Scope

Upon successful verification and processing of your request, the following data will be permanently removed from our active databases:

• User Account Information (e.g., registered email address).
• User-generated content and activity data (e.g., navigation history, saved routes, usage patterns).

Data Retention Policy

Upon successful verification and processing of the request, the specified data will be permanently removed from our active databases. We do not retain any personal data beyond what is necessary for the processing of the deletion request. The deletion is final.
