Not all options are created equal. The Weighted Choice Picker allows you to assign specific odds to each item. This is perfect for simulating game drops, lottery scenarios, or making decisions where some outcomes should be more likely than others.
Use the format 'Choice Name : Weight'. Example: 'Apple : 75'.
The weights act as ratios. 'A:10' and 'B:2' means A is 5x more likely than B.
Our engine uses a Cumulative Distribution algorithm to determine the winner based on your odds.
There is no hard limit. The tool calculates probabilities based on the sum of all weights provided.
The tool defaults to a weight of 1 for any line that doesn't include a colon and a number.
